1. Purchase of a track (MP3) or of a ringtone from the Site www.cd-musicstore.com

1.2 How to purchase a MP3 track or a ringtone by Credit Card/Debit Card
· a. At the pages for purchasing the tracks (MP3) or the ringtones (RINGTONES) you want to obtain, at section BUY NOW, the track or the ringtone can be paid directly by Credit Card. Press link BUY to purchase the track or the ringtone.
· b. SonArt cannot guarantee for the availability of all tracks or ring tones displayed. For this reason, SonArt commits itself to announce on the site www.cd-musicstore.com the temporary unavailability of the CD and/or of the tracks or ring tones and not to honour a certain order if the respective products are not available in the current offer.
NOTICE! Purchase of an MP3 from the site www.cd-musicstore.com shall be made under commitment of using it for strictly personal purposes and only by the person that has purchased it. Illegal reproduction, distribution or use of the MP3s for any other purposes without prior consent of the authors/producers shall be punished in compliance with the laws in force.
2. Purchase of a music CD
2.1. Price of CDs: The price of a music CD is that displayed for each CD. Price of transport shall be calculated dependent on the delivery area and on the weight of the package (i.e. weight of the package will be calculated dependent on the number of CDs purchased).
2.2. Payment of CDs: At the pages for purchasing music CDs containing your favourite music, payment for the CD shall be made directly by Credit/Debit Card.
2.3. Orders for CDs: To buy from the virtual shop www.cd-musicstore.com search for the desired product directly in the sections. Once the desired product is found, you can press BUY NOW and the product will appear in the cart, insert QUANTITY and press UPDATE CART. If you do not want the product any more, you can delete by ticking the delete box and the product will disappear from the cart. If you want to finalize the order, press CONTINUE and you will be able to visualize a page of order confirmation. After pressing CONTINE, a page with the message THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER will appear, after which your order is processed for delivery.
2.4. Delivery: Delivery of the ordered CDs shall be STANDARD. The orders will be delivered the next working day between 10:00 16:00 hours.
Expected time of delivery: 12 days for all countries.
· a. Fill in the form correctly and indicate the exact address for delivery.
· b. Check for the correctness of the address before sending the order form because the CD will be sent to the address indicated by you in this form. An incorrect address will render impossible the entire process of product delivery. Moreover, www.cd-musicstore.com and SonArt take no responsibility of delivery in case of an incorrectly indicated address in the form filled in by you.
· c. Select destination of the country for delivery by inserting the destination country at Delivery Details. This section is very important because the cost of transport will be calculated dependent on the destination country.
· d. Standard: Dependent on the number of CDs ordered, the weight of the package will be calculated and will be reflected in its final cost.
a. 7.49 EUR/parcel for an order up to 2 C.D.`s (including the parcel`s price)
b. 9.49 EUR / parcel for an order up to 4 C.D.`s (including the parcel`s price)
c. 13.69 EUR/ parcel for an order between 5 and 10 C.D.`s (including the parcel`s price)
d. The shipment is free of charge for an order exceeding 11 C.D.'s (including the parcel`s price
· e. Expected time of delivery: 12 days for all countries.
· f. In every country orders will be dispatched through the local National Post Office Company and will be accompanied by a confirmation of receipt that has to be signed at destination. This confirmation will return to the addressee, i.e. SonArt . An invoice will be issued for each order and will be sent by e-mail. SonArt will not be responsible for possible delays in delivery due to deficiencies in operation of the local National Post Office Company or of its foreign partners.
· g. SonArt cannot guarantee for all the CDs displayed. For this reason, the Company SonArt assumes the right to announce on the Site www.cd-musicstore.com the temporary unavailability of the CD and not to honour a certain order in the event that the respective CD disappears from the current offer.
3. Insert your personal data according to the table below which is valid and compulsory for purchasing the above mentioned products.
· a. This information is required for the correct and efficient processing of your order. Insertion of personal data is made by using the encrypted connection SSL on 128 bytes.
